Shipping Information

Every Tableau Tress order is handled with the same care and precision that goes into our extensions. We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure your investment arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Carrier & Delivery

We ship via UPS only. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — standard ground typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. Use it at ups.com or in the UPS app to monitor your shipment in real time.

Signature Confirmation

For orders above a certain value, UPS signature confirmation is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or arrange a UPS pickup at your nearest location.

Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of hair extensions and our commitment to hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair extension products once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.

We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, lengths, textures, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you to make it right.
